Working with a wide network of specialist architects, church diocese and local churches, we support quinquennial inspections where areas such as roofs, spires and towers and decorative external infrastructure cannot be easily reached.
Using a wide range of access methodologies; drones, powered access (MEWPS), tower scaffolding and traditional steeplejack and rope access, we are able to gain access to all areas, or provide access should independent inspectors need assistance.
Following any quinquennial survey report, planned maintenance can be discussed and scheduled in by our Ecclesiastical Department, and works undertaken by our specialist trade operatives. We also support our heritage clients with any reactive repairs needed; failed bird netting, loose stonework, roof and gutter repairs – the list is endless!
